Point Confluence Lyon
Workshop with Odile Decq & Davor Ereš
The methodological framework of the workshop evolves around the format that is arranged as a process-based thinking space for initiating and articulating fresh perspectives on current positions within architecture. To take a stand in this context means to motivate and to provoke a distinctive attitude that would conceptualize and build a particular architectural object of desire. The main ambition of this process is to unfold architectural thinking into architectural structure that reflect distinctive, precise and brave position of each participant. The topic Take a stand will therewith be explored from the multi-perspectival field of architectural knowledge, investigating the notions of structure, scale, light, motion, solidity and ephemerality.
